Try Tai Chi to Fight Stress

The pandemic has us all trying new things from home. Here’s a new one to add to your bucket list of things to learn. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. The Mayo Clinic describes Tai chi as a gentle way to fight stress, while increasing flexibility and balance. And now, Stone Age Climbing Gym is offering Tai chi via Zoom, on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. with Master Mokurai. To learn more and see the  schedule of available offerings, visit climbstoneage.com.
