Protect Your Home with a Roof from CAS Enterprises

Lucas Satterfield, general manager of CAS Enterprises, poses for a photo in front of one of the company’s trucks.

Local roofing expert Clint Satterfield sits at his desk on a recent sunny morning, reflecting on a big change in his professional life — his father Bill retired after 50 years working in the roofing industry. With this retirement, Bill and Clint (BAC) Enterprises has closed as a business, and in its place a new company called Clint and Son (CAS) Enterprises has started.

“CAS Enterprises is a new business, we just happen to provide all the same quality services, products, prices and warranties customers have always associated with BAC Enterprises,” says Clint. “Additionally, you’ll see the same smiling, friendly faces selling and installing your roofs that we’ve always had.”

Along with the familiar faces and care, come the customary workmanship warranties. “We want our customers to understand that if you had a warranty through BAC, you still have one with CAS. This is very important to me because, especially in the roofing business, you see businesses getting a bunch of warranty claims and then they sell and/or change the business name, and then customers are left out in the wind without a warranty. CAS won’t be one of those companies,” explains Clint. “We pride ourselves in taking care of the customer for the long term.”

Indeed, CAS offers a 10-year warranty covering their work, which is nine years more than the state-required one-year warranty. Also, the IB roof system that CAS installs comes with a lifetime warranty, with extended commercial warranties available. “We don’t just roof our customers and forget about them,” says Clint.

The team at CAS Enterprises can help alleviate your roof worries through a patented IB membrane system for flat roofs and stone-coated steel for pitched roofs. The Albuquerque area averages 280 sunny days annually, and the UV-protected IB membrane was manufactured to withstand the sun’s damaging rays. The stone-coated steel allows for an enhanced overall appearance, without the extreme weight of tiles, or the maintenance issues of painted metal or wood. It surpasses the industry’s highest performance tests and is backed by a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty, covering 120-mph winds and a class-4 impact warranty, notes Clint.

In fact, the manufacturers that provide the IB membrane are celebrating their 41st anniversary this year, a testament to their excellent product. Customers can rest easy with the materials and expert installation from CAS, says Clint.

Whether you choose the IB membrane or stone-coated steel, CAS Enterprises makes it a priority to keep you informed along the way. To ensure that focus stays on education, explains Clint, CAS Enterprises doesn’t pay its sales staff a commission, which means their job is to educate the customer on the best possible choice for their home. “My salespeople are paid no matter what,” says Clint, “and we will not pressure you into signing anything.”

Additionally, all employees at CAS undergo rigorous training and must follow safety protocol. “The team that oversees the work process are dedicated, long-term employees who are devoted to the CAS quality of installation,” Clint says. “They want the work to look good, they want it to work and they want it to last. Really, the last thing we want to hear is a customer is having an unfortunate issue with their roof. We want satisfied customers.”

And satisfied customers, they have. “A significant amount of our work comes through customer referrals,” Clint says, a testament to the quality workmanship and products by CAS Enterprises. Because the company enjoys so much word-of-mouth business, there is a current wait time of a few months for new projects.

“For prospective new customers, if there is an immediate issue, such as a leak, we will send out a crew to fix that issue, and then come out for the whole job in a few months,” Clint explains. “We feel it’s worth an extra couple of months versus never having to get a roof done again — the proof is in the pudding!”

CAS Enterprises will give a roof to a veteran through their Veteran and Active Military Roof Giveaway. Clint and the crew love to support their community through quality roofing.

No matter your location in the state or the size of your roof, CAS can improve your home or business with their superior roofing systems and consistent customer care.
